Application Fees and Membership Dues
1. Site Visit Fee: $2,200 or Virtual Site Visit Fee: $1,400. All new member applicants will be required to have an initial site visit or virtual site visit, as part of the application process, additional information is below.
2. If approved for membership, the new member dues are: $2,000 for the first year only, $1,200 thereafter for existing members. Please note that programs will only be invoiced for member dues if approved for new membership.
Membership dues will cover the cost of the online application process, the fellowship matching process for the upcoming year, membership meetings twice a year and other associated member services. Invoices for the dues will be sent prior to the next application cycle and only once approved by the Fellowship Council Membership Committee and Board of Directors.
Matching Process Participation
In order to participate in the next main application and matching process process, your completed new member application must be submitted by Friday, June 9, 2023. If approved, your membership dues must be paid prior to the start of the application cycle. If you do not submit membership dues, your program will not be posted on the public directory, you will not be able to receive fellow applications through the central application processing system and you will not be able to participate in the matching process.
