Access Case Log System

Important Message regarding the Fellowship Council’s Case Log System:

2018-2020 and 2019-2020 Fellows

For all Fellowship Council fellows who conclude their fellowship on July 31, 2020, the ability to add and edit cases was disabled on Friday, August 7, 2020.  The Fellowship Council will not be able to grant extensions.

 2019-2021 Fellows

2019-2021 fellows will have continuous access to the case log system and should continue to log their cases in the Fellowship Council Case Log System on a consistent basis.

2020-2021

All incoming Fellowship Council fellows were given access to the case log system on Monday, August 3, 2020. Fellows should log their cases in the Fellowship Council Case Log System on a consistent basis.
